Meet Daphne Minks of High Stakes University

Daphne Minks is the Founder of High Stakes University. Daphne, now 48, described her earliest encounters with stalking at just 14 years old. "I started noticing stuff when I was 14," she explained. "It sounds crazy, but if you've ever seen that movie, The Truman Show, where he doesn't know he's on TV, that was kind of the feeling I always had." That uneasy sense of being watched foreshadowed a lengthy battle against someone far closer than anyone might expect.
