“I was born in the jungles of Thailand, no electricity, no running water,” Jimmy told me. “My father was American, but I didn’t meet him until just a few years ago. We moved to Texas in the late ’70s, and I grew up in Abilene. Life was rough, man. A lot of racism, a lot of fighting, but that’s how you get a Ninja Cowboy.”
